"Pathetic service at Capital Hyundai, Noida Sector 63"

On 9th September, I reached Capital Hyundai close to 2:00 pm with the intention of test driving the new Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS. This was on the basis of a call made to me from the showroom about the availability of the car for test purposes. Unfortunately, in about 15 minutes I was told that the Demo car had already been sent to Noida Sector 5 for a lady. I hung around there with the hope that the car would return soon, but it wasn’t back even after more than 45 minutes. Now a sales girl had gone with the driver in this vehicle and she was given my number, stating that I could get the test drive near Sector 5, close to my house. The girl had my number and I was given hers, but when I gave her a call stating that I am near home, she tells me that she has been instructed to return back to the showroom. Not once was any communication sent to me about this. After much ado, a male representative who had originally been assigned to speak to me came with the vehicle to my house for the test drive. Surely this is not how Hyundai showrooms work, do they?
