Mahindra & Mahindra now has a big task on their heads. A lot of customers have reported that they were facing problem with their new scorpios and the NuvoSport. After all the investigation and hit and trials the company found out that there was some problem with the fluid hose.
Thus, out of responsibility the company decided to open up a car recall camp wherein there will be proactive inspection and repositioning of a fluid hose. All the hoses will be checked thoroughly and will be rectified.The camp will cover all the new generation Scorpio and NuvoSport that are manufactured till June 2016.
"As an endeavour to ensure a hassle free experience for its customers, the company is proactively carrying out this activity. This action is also in compliance with SIAM's voluntary code on vehicle recall," M&M said.
In the BSE filing the company also notified that all the rectification will be carried free of cost. The company will contact the concerned customers individually.
The number of vehicles that have been recalled is still not disclosed.
